Alex is a first class person and a great merchant to do business with. He shipped the bowl quickly and it arrived much faster than expected. When I realized I had made a mistake on my end and asked to return it, he was gracious and kind and made the entire process seamless and easy. I will intentionally look to purchase again from him when the time comes. Thank you!
